INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the original General Post Office of 1775 to present. This page has instructions and some explanation as to why this particular resident declaration has a significant impact on the individuals status in this country.
Brief History of the original Union:
The States of the Union (1774 to present time) are independent of each other meaning separate countries. In order to remain independent and not create a land lock for the States that did not have port access or seaward boundaries, a league was formed. The Articles of Confederation were created in 1781. However, another union was formed in 1789, but never replaced the first Union like many believe today.
Manhattan Island
Manhattan Island is owned and controlled by the Netherlands. It started a private central bank in 1784 and claimed a new union for the States in 1789. This new union was an illegal act because the new union imposed the will of a foreign sovereign upon the independent States that had already been formed. That same union is still under Manhattan Island control, however, the original Union is still in place under States rights.
The Bill of Rights
The Bill of Rights was written to appease the original Union founders and was meant to restrict the new union from imposing its will as a private company upon the residents and citizens of the States of the original Union. It was a contract by and between the UNIONS, not the people and the federal company formed in 1787 called the United States of America. Right away, Manhattan Island doing business as the United States started opening citizen status for the people to compete with the States of the original Union. It also brought slavery back and a host of other crimes. The original States that are still members of the original Union lost a population over time and went into trust. Manhattan Island, a subject of the Netherlands Monarch, reversed the revolutionary war of 1776 and subjected the people once more.
Present Day
The United States of America is back and has been re-populated. A republic form of Government was formed and is called the Government of The United States of America. The people cannot change the name of the country, but they sure do have the right to change its Government. The United States of America and the original Union has a permanent population of American Nationals. The United States of America was tasked with all foreign issues on behalf of the States. It also was tasked with naturalization, however, it could not dictate the naturalization laws of each State.
American Society
Manhattan Island and the Dutch created and called the new union the American Society. It is a secular society operated by the Dutch and the tripartite. The people are lead to believe that the American Society is controlled by the people, however, many know there is something wrong with that particular point of view. The reason is because the point of view is flawed. The people have been lead to believe that they vote, this point of view is flawed also. The reality is that people are considered residents of the American Society and aliens to the original States of the Union. They still pay the Monarchs taxes and the Dutch lease their property back to them at interest under a Dutch survey. This same scenario is also connected to the currency. The use of the currency is leased at interest. The rest of the world knows these facts and refer to U.S. citizens as the kids. People in other countries know that Manhattan Island is a foreign country called the United States to The United States of America and the States. It is common knowledge.
Unique opportunity
A unique opportunity has presented itself to the General Post Office. About a year ago the General Post Office became a member of The International NAC Society. The NAC Society created a Global Postal Code System also called a Universal Address System. Governments can use this system to setup mail delivery. It also has other unique features that are not generally known:
1: Manhattan Island relies on its own postal zone improvement plan also known as a ZIP code for various reasons to enforce its foreign law in the form of a corporation to enforce domestic law under federal statutes.
the UPIC is recognized universally. People do not need to mention any other address such as street, city, country of a property when the UPIC is known.
The UPIC does not have any political ties. LINK
the UPIC is permanently attached to the property and never change, which can save a lot of work when the political boundary changes.
the UPIC does not need to be assigned by government but can be found by owners themselves, which can save huge amount of cost for the government.
The original General Post Office has a unique opportunity to be the gateway back to the original Union and the original States of the Union. The people have their rights, status, privileges and immunity’s back because once residency is declared within The United States of America and not with or too The United States of America, that individual is back as a population of one in the original State and the original Union. The Dutch are now foreign to the resident of the original State.
Government Services
The Government of The United States of America can provide some services to the new residents of the States. The residents can use of the Continental Dollar which is a National currency that is debt free and interest free. That market has to be developed. The Government of The United States of America can also keep the records of the resident and perform a few other services.
Responsibilities of the resident
The residents will have to form their own assembly.
Self governance and self determination
The Government of The United States of America is not responsible for the residents of the States. The original State is responsible for its own residents.
Mail Delivery
The General Post Office will eventually have mail delivery for the State residents and American Nationals. As of now, the General Post Office and the United States Postal Service do have a reciprocity agreement for domestic mail delivery using the Continental Dollar Stamp, however, USPS does not deliver to the Global Postal Code address. This condition frees the residents of the States to form their own compact and adhere to their State constitutions without Manhattan Island interference. If Manhattan Island employees do attempt to arbitrarily reverse the resident declaration and place the resident at one of Manhattan Islands addresses or within one of its political sub-divisions known as local, state or federal, that is known as international human trafficking and the case can be heard in the General Post Master Council for the Government of The United States of America.
Drivers license
State residents and American Nationals are eligible for the Drivers license that is offered by the Government of The United States of America. The drivers license is human rights compliant, more information can be found here: LINK
UPDATE: SOME OF THOSE THAT USE THE NAC CODE ARE RECEIVING SOME RESISTANCE IN MAINTAINING A P.O. BOX WITH USPS. PLEASE DO NOT FORCE THE ISSUE. USPS HAS FORGOTTEN THAT IT IS IN THE PACKAGE DELIVERING BUSINESS AND HAS BECOME A POLITICAL ORGANIZATION.

GO TO A UPS STORE AND GET A PMB THERE. IT IS A PRIVATE CONTRACT AND YOU CAN STILL RECEIVE MAIL FROM THOSE YOU WISH TO RECEIVE MAIL FROM AT A UPS STORE. IT APPEARS THAT UPS HAS UPDATED THEIR COMPUTERS TO FIT THE NAC CODE IN THEIR SYSTEM.

To complete a resident declaration complete the steps below
1: On the side of this page is the Resident ID # Generator. Click generate id and write down the 12 digit number. You will need this number for completing the resident declaration and for claiming your Nationality. It is simply a filing number NOT a SSN number nor anything having to do with a social credit score.
2: Claim a NAC Code address where you live. The 10 digit NAC code IS the address, nothing else is needed. NAC CODE-CLICK HERE
The NAC Society is not a part of the Globalists Agenda. The NAC was created to give countries that did not have a clear postal system a way to address their homes. There have been approximately five countries adopt the NAC system and it solved their mail delivery problems.
3: Declare a resident status within The United States of America which places the resident in one of these United States in the original Union.
4: Publish your person for free at the North American National Party and become a member of the political party for the permanent population of the original States of the Union.
